Workday Systems Lead Consultant

📋 Description

• Serve as the internal systems lead for the full global Workday implementation, owning the project
• Partner with the SI and Project Team to gather requirements from Functional Teams and translate
• Participate in design and lead configuration of Xometry's global Workday tenant across Core HCM
• Configure and support the tenant across multiple regions — including the US, EMEA, China, and India
• Help establish sound data structures, business process design, security frameworks, and system
• Partner with SI on configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and defect resolution cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration/consulting experience
• Proven experience leading or serving as a lead systems consultant on at least one full global
• Solid understanding of US and international Workday configuration, with hands-on experience
• Experience integrating Workday with downstream platforms, including experience with Workday
• Experience working with Workday's report writer, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools, as well
• Experience managing data conversion and validation for a full implementation
