Workers’ Compensation Manager

📋 Description

• Develop a consistent global strategy and operating approach for workers’ compensation programs.
• Advise and support the Occupational Health and Safety team during a global RFP for a workers’
• Support supplier requirements, evaluation, selection, procurement, and implementation activities.
• Manage the selected supplier, including performance, service quality, relationships, and ongoing
• Establish policies, governance structures, and operational processes that promote global
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims, case management, and return-to-work practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of workers’ compensation program management experience.
• Significant experience managing workers’ compensation claims, case management vendors, and
• Deep knowledge of U.S. workers’ compensation programs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working within a multinational organization or supporting global workers’ compensation
• Experience developing policies, governance structures, and operating frameworks for injury
• Experience leading vendor selection, procurement support, implementation, and supplier performance
