📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staffing Liaisons responsible for matching caregivers with
• Develop and implement workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization strategies
• Analyze workforce, recruiting, staffing, and service delivery data to identify trends, capacity
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, forecasts, and reporting tools
• Translate client staffing demand into actionable recruiting and workforce requirements, ensuring
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Client Intake, Onboarding, Scheduling, Recruiting, and other

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of people management experience in healthcare, human services, staffing
• Proven track record of leading teams toward measurable performance objectives, KPIs, and
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, staffing optimization, scheduling, recruiting
• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience is strongly preferred, particularly in high-volume or
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data, forecasting, reporting, and performance
• Proven ability to improve workforce utilization, reduce staffing shortages or service gaps
