📋 Description

• Provide timely and accurate support to user inquiries via email, using Zendesk and translation
• Respond to and manage user feedback on third-party review sites.
• Help improve trivago's products by investigating and reporting bugs or issues raised by users.
• Explore and understand issues faced by users, collaborating with stakeholders within and outside
• Gather, categorize, and channel user feedback to the relevant teams.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving our operations and processes.
