📋 Description

• Own end-to-end workplace operations for Harvey's Sydney office, including facilities management
• Develop and implement local workplace programs, events, and initiatives that foster a productive
• Manage relationships with building management, service vendors, and contractors, ensuring quality
• Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, IT, Finance, and local leadership to align
• Contribute to global workplace standards and playbooks, adapting them for the APAC region while

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or facilities coordination
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, budgets, and office build-outs or transitions
• Strong organizational skills with a bias for action and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience operating autonomously in a smaller or satellite office setting while aligning to global
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across time zones and
