Workplace Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead global special projects: H&S, design standards, WVPPs.
• Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional leads.
• Maintain and evolve global design standards for offices.
• Drive sustainability initiatives across offices.
• Roll out Workplace tooling: desk booking, occupancy, ticketing.
• Own global vendor contracts and procurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace ops, PM, or program mgmt.
• Strong playbook design instincts.
• Vendor/procurement mgmt at global scale.
• PM fundamentals: scope, schedule, budget, risk.
• Experience with construction/real estate or facilities.
• Based in New York; able to work on-site; travel as needed.
