📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality in-person and remote technical support across multiple office locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues across macOS and Windows
• Support audio/visual conferencing setups, corporate network connectivity, and cloud-based tooling.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document technical workflows, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles to empower users

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated background in first and second-line IT support within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a dedicated customer-first approach.
• Hands-on experience supporting Google Workspace, Office 365, and endpoint management solutions.
• Proven ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot across both macOS and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or scripting languages (such as PowerShell or Bash) is beneficial
