Yacht & Private Jet Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage yacht and private jet leads from initial inquiry through booking and post-travel follow-up
• Source yachts and aircraft through industry platforms, operators, and trusted partners
• Prepare tailored proposals, communicate pricing and terms, and convert inquiries into bookings
• Coordinate contracts, payments, client preferences, and pre-departure arrangements
• Support aircraft and operator compliance checks under the Director’s supervision
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, build client relationships, and achieve quarterly/annual

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of private aviation experience in charter sales, brokerage, or flight coordination
• At least one year of professional yacht industry experience in charter sales, operations, crew, or
• Comfort navigating pricing, contracts, payment schedules and high net worth clients with the
• A proven track record of converting inquiries into bookings & meeting quarterly + annual
• An incredible work ethic with great follow-through abilities and a genuine care for getting the
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
