Yield Analyst Associate

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day yield optimisation in GAM, Prebid, Amazon TAM.
• Run experiments and turn results into repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Commercial teams.
• Build reusable optimisation playbooks and runbooks.
• Partner with teams to scope monetisation tooling and reporting improvements.
• Contribute to vendor and partner evaluations for trials and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of ad-serving and programmatic auctions
• Strong analytics with large data in Excel/Sheets
• Test-and-learn mindset: define problems, run experiments, interpret results
• Troubleshoot live pages: logs, network calls, console
• Collaborative and coachable; able to escalate when needed
• Experience in programmatic yield or analytics; GAM/Prebid/TAM familiarity
• Strong written and verbal communication; document processes
• Degree in quantitative/analytical field or equivalent
