Provide one-on-one home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
Deliver skilled nursing care including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management
Use electronic charting (Statewise) to document patient care
Work flexible shifts (daytime, evening, overnight) of 8, 10, or 12 hours

🎯 Requirements

Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
