Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and agencies from verbal through wrap and renewal
• Lead client communications and campaign execution via asset collection, proactive troubleshooting
• Feed historical insights into pre-sale strategy for returning clients
• Manage a high-volume book of business spanning large, complex campaigns and smaller, fast-moving
• Act as internal authority on each client's campaign intricacies, advising operations, editorial
• Remove blockers, enforce scope, and keep all campaign elements launching on time, minimizing

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years executing high-volume digital advertising and/or podcast campaigns; agency or publisher
• Strategic thinker who connects Vox Media's product mix to client KPIs
• Clear communicator under pressure, comfortable presenting performance to a room
• Organized and capable of juggling multiple high-priority campaigns and tasks
• Familiar with project management systems and order management systems preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of Megaphone, Google Ad Manager (GAM), and Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM)
