Account Manager - APAC

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic lead for clients in your book of business.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, needs, and priorities.
• Manage complex, enterprise renewal and upsell cycles from start to finish.
• Uncover and manage risk within your book of business in a timely and effective manner.
• Educate clients on potential new use cases, features, and integrations to uncover upsell
• Regularly update internal systems and attend internal meetings to document customer status and next

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Management experience within a SaaS company (ecommerce focus strongly
• Proven success managing enterprise renewal and expansion cycles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.
• Executive presence and ability to influence VP+ and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue, profit, merchandising
• Ability to analyze and present data related to ecommerce performance, A/B testing, and conversion
