📋 Description

• Review internal escalations from vendors and internal employees on operational case or process
• Review customer-related documents for completeness and process any vital changes in customer
• Consistently meet efficiency goals with minimal error
• Act as subject matter authority in the firm account opening and maintenance processes with the
