Accountant, Lease & Fleet

📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze new leases, modifications and terminations using the ASC 842 checklist, and
• Assist with the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, balance sheet
• Support lease footnote disclosures, including the real estate rollforward and maturity analysis
• Coordinate lease activity with international and third-party partners ahead of month-end close
• Work closely with cross-functional partners including FP&A, Lease Administration, Technical
• Prepare support for external audit requests and assist in documenting internal controls to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA license preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience; public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or large public company
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet objectives and deadlines
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are a must
• Strong accounting research and problem-solving skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; experience in Microsoft with a strong emphasis on Excel
