Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Collections activities relating to mixed portfolio of customer accounts, including communication
• Update and maintain accurate customer files with all applicable correspondence and report to
• Communication with clients within assigned portfolio regarding collections issues, actions, payment
• Recognize billing issues through research and regular reconciliation.
• Preparation of monthly account breakdowns and analysis, as required by the Manager and customers.
• Compilation and provision of invoice copies, credits and unapplied payment details, as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or 3+ year's experience processing accounts receivable.
• AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
• Must possess a high level of moral judgment for handling confidential information and monetary
• Strong diplomatic, negotiation and conflict resolution skills in order to handle late payment
• Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy managing reconciliations
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
