Advertising Manager

📋 Description

• Own the development and execution of advertising programs, sponsorships, strategic initiatives, and
• Build the operating structure needed to scale sponsorship and partnership programs across
• Develop advertising packages, sales narratives, pitch materials, presentations, and case studies in
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Revenue
• Manage core advertising operations through Google Ad Manager and related tools, including inventory
• Use campaign and business data to evaluate performance, improve how the advertising business

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within a publisher, media company
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and understanding of direct media, programmatic
• Experience helping build or scale advertising programs, operating processes, or revenue-generating
• Highly proficient in Excel and experience using campaign and business data to diagnose problems
• Experience leading complex projects across commercial, product, technology, and analytics teams
• Hands-on generalist comfortable moving between advertising operations, project management, product
