Affiliates Specialist

📋 Description

• Work with senior colleagues, delivering specific ad hoc and project work to support channel strategy
• Contribute to channel growth targets while managing marketing costs
• Build technical skills and deepen understanding of FARFETCH's business priorities
• Grow and manage affiliate relationships to drive business goals
• Support the FARFETCH annual promotional calendar with Affiliate and Influencer activities
• Update reports, analyse campaign performance, and share insights with senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliates or Growth Partner Marketing and a strong passion for
• Ability to analyse and draw insights from large datasets
• Good knowledge of Excel, comfortable producing complex reports, using formulas and building pivot
• Knowledge of the Looker software is a bonus
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and consistently deliver high-quality work
• Confident communication with partners and a commercial mindset for contract negotiations
