AI Intern - Office of CEO & Head of Product

📋 Description

• Proactively source passive candidates across technical and business roles using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Treat the candidate experience like a product flow, coordinate interviews, and manage the Applicant
• Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, drop-off rates, source effectiveness) to identify
• Build dashboards and reports to present to leadership, using data to advocate for changes
• Conduct competitive research on compensation, benefits, and market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Builder mentality: proactively design systems to fix broken processes
• Deep interest in technology, product development, and business strategy
• Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables)
• Exceptional communication skills for pitching and presenting to leadership
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) in summer in NYC, continuing part-time
