AI Strategy & Ops Manager

📋 Description

• Run the Platform Services operating rhythm: weekly reviews, KR tracking, quarterly and annual
• Own planning logistics end to end, including headcount templates, capacity models, KR tracking and
• Draft and maintain internal docs, meeting materials and updates to keep teams aligned.
• Lead projects end to end: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution and iteration, with support and
• Partner with Advisor Success leaders to improve workflows, SOPs, documentation and enablement for
• Break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, timelines and owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting
• Experience in a high-growth startup or another high-ownership setting where you wore multiple hats.
• Strong project management skills. You can keep multiple workstreams moving with minimal oversight
• Structured, analytical problem-solving. You’re comfortable with imperfect information and can turn
• Clear written and verbal communication. You can write a crisp doc and keep stakeholders informed.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, automation tools) to speed up research
