Air Account Executive

📋 Description

• Sell Axon's drone and counter-drone hardware and software directly to police and sheriff's
• Build your own pipeline. Work RFPs, Google alerts, and referrals to find agencies that need this
• Run the full sales cycle yourself: first call, demo, the RFP/procurement process, contract, close.
• Manage the Skydio partnership piece of your deals, so customers get one integrated solution instead
• Work alongside an Axon Key Account Leader who's already selling other Axon gear into these same
• Log deals and forecast in Salesforce so leadership can see what's closing and when

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying tech or SaaS sales experience
• You've sourced your own deals and closed them, not just worked inbound
• Proven success breaking into net-new accounts and winning first-time customers
• A track record of hitting or beating quota
• Bachelor's Degree
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
