📋 Description

• Execute Dutch payroll in ADP
• Ensure payroll set up meets company requirements and records are aligned to guidelines
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify and administer payroll data
• Work closely with HR Operations to ensure activities, responsibilities and hand-offs between HR and
• Review existing payroll and HR-related processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies and drive
• Document and maintain payroll processes, procedures, controls and responsibilities, ensuring these

🎯 Requirements

• MBO level
• PDL certification Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie
• More than 2 years of relevant working experience in an international environment
• Confident in both English (main business language) as well as Dutch
• Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization
• Approachable, organized and service minded
