📋 Description

• Provide proactive daily IR and PR support to client accounts, on deadline
• Develop initial drafts of collateral: press releases, decks, messaging
• Conduct research projects and targeting analyses; synthesize key takeaways
• Coordinate roadshows and investor events; outreach campaigns
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, investors and media
• 90% utilization target for client billing

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of service-industry experience; healthcare/finance preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong written and spoken communication; eye for language and nuance
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem solver with research, analysis and idea generation
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
