Develop measurement frameworks, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to define metrics.
Translate business questions into reliable datasets and actionable insights.
Improve data quality, observability, documentation, and governance across Music Mission.
Based in New York, NY; hybrid with in-person meetings.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI, or similar.
Strong SQL skills and dbt data modeling.
Cloud data platforms: BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
Python and modern data orchestration tools.
Instrumentation, data quality, and scalable measurement.
Experience building dashboards and enabling self-service analytics.
