📋 Description

  • Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into
  • Serve as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption journey
  • Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work
  • Create and deliver technical content for engineering and executive audiences
  • Guide technical architecture decisions for Claude integration
  • Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for Claude performance

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, TAM)
  • Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite
  • Strong technical communication and translation skills
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures
  • Proficiency in Python
