📋 Description

• Lead operational performance across multiple properties, with a clear understanding of each market
• Translate company strategy into clear priorities, goals, and accountability for property leadership
• Coach and support property leaders through complex operational, commercial, financial, and people
• Lead regular business reviews, using KPIs and financial performance to identify opportunities and
• Maintain a consistent presence across properties through regular visits, leadership meetings, and
• Identify trends and shared challenges across properties and implement scalable solutions and best

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, events, membership
• Proven track record driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance across
• Strong operational expertise leading complex, multidisciplinary hospitality environments.
• Experience with property openings, turnarounds, transitions, or operational transformations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, labor, and KPI
