Asset Maintenance Technician II, Second Shift

📋 Description

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of
• Utilize technical documentation, schematics, and hands-on troubleshooting skills to diagnose
• Support daily Asset Maintenance execution by helping coordinate technician workflow, prioritize
• Serve as a hands-on Asset Maintenance Technician while also acting as a shift-level mentor
• Help maintain shift coverage, communicate daily priorities, and escalate blockers, safety concerns
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues, reduce downtime, and implement

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, or a related technical
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capability, including experience with PLCs
• Experience supporting, maintaining, or repairing CNC machines, automation systems, or other complex
• Ability to work independently while also helping coordinate and support the work of others during
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly share priorities, escalate issues, and
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and manufacturing maintenance best
