• Develop M&A legal strategy aligned to business goals
• Advise on securities laws and reporting
• Lead governance with the CLO and Axon's board
• Oversee due diligence for M&A and capital markets
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Provide post-merger integration legal support

🎯 Requirements

• JD from accredited school with top academics
• Admitted to a U.S. State Bar
• 5-7 years at a top-tier law firm; in-house a plus
• Expertise in M&A, securities law, and governance
• Extensive tech/finserv M&A experience
• Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
