📋 Description

• Develop and implement M&A strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise on securities laws and reporting requirements.
• Drive corporate governance; engage with the Board and committees.
• Lead due diligence for M&A and capital markets.
• Manage external counsel.
• Partner with Strategy & Corporate Development on complex M&A work.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited legal school.
• Bar admission in the United States.
• 5-7 years of experience at a top-tier law firm; in-house a plus.
• Expertise in M&A, securities law, and corporate governance.
• Extensive experience managing complex M&A transactions; tech/financial services.
• Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
