📋 Description

• Own daily community management across social platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube
• Monitor brand, competitor, and industry conversations regularly, sharing insights with our Brands
• Quickly draft and post comments aligned with established Brand voice guidelines
• Spot and flag potential issues early, and respond per our established protocols
• Maintain trackers to log community engagements, responses, and opportunities surfaced
• Join client meetings to listen in on any social listening / community management / social

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience managing social media communities on behalf of brands (internships count!)
• A strong grasp of social platforms—especially Instagram and TikTok—and the rhythm of what makes
• Solid writing and communication skills; you can channel a brand voice while still sounding human
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in culture, social trends, and internet
• A team-first attitude and excitement to learn from others
• Experience in CPG, Travel, Lifestyle brands is a plus, but curiosity is essential
