Associate Director, Client Services

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Client Solutions Managers through structured coaching
• Oversee the health and performance of the team’s book of business, including proactively
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, providing solution-oriented
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships between Client Solutions and Sales, ensuring each team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales Strategy, Production, and Product to drive
• Develop and implement scalable processes that enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality across

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, including 2+ years
• Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client accounts effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions
