Associate Manager, Clinical Claims

📋 Description

• Review advertising, website content, product pages, packaging, social media, and sales materials to
• Evaluate supporting evidence (clinical studies, published literature, consumer research) and
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Clinical, and Product to give clear guidance on claim
• Enable bold, defensible marketing by offering workable alternatives and solutions
• Own and build the claims library and evidence database so approved claims and their supporting data
• Establish and refine claims review processes, templates, and approval workflows that scale with the

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in claims substantiation, medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review
• Strong ability to critically appraise clinical data, including study design, sample size
• Working knowledge of FDA and FTC advertising and labeling standards, including the distinction
• Proven experience partnering with Marketing and Legal in a review or approval process
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical findings into
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field (advanced degree a plus)
