Associate Manager, Digital Media and Paid Social

📋 Description

• Actively monitor paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest.
• QA campaigns/ads and implement optimizations to exceed targets.
• Craft weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates for Growth Marketing.
• Develop innovative paid social strategies and tests aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create A/B and multivariate testing calendars to identify winning strategies.
• Advise on budget allocation across channels based on last touch and MMM performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years paid social across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest; LinkedIn/Reddit a plus.
• Experience overseeing acquisition, retail, or ecommerce campaigns with results.
• Collaborative, with cross-functional work with Marketing, Creative, Analytics.
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of brand lift, conversion lift, and A/B/multivariate testing.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Slides) and pivot tables.
