Avionics Development Technician

📋 Description

• Build and integrate wire harnesses for avionics systems, ensuring precise routing, termination, and
• Assemble and maintain functional test racks and interface boxes, supporting system-level testing
• Interpret and execute complex work instructions, schematics, and technical drawings with accuracy
• Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership teams to resolve build issues, provide feedback
• Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset, embracing new challenges, learning opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years in avionics, electronics assembly, or manufacturing, with a focus on harness
• Skilled in using electrical hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters) and
• Strong root cause analysis skills and attention to detail when diagnosing issues in test setups and
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, ensuring efficiency in handling materials and assemblies, and
• Capable of training and mentoring new technicians on proper build procedures, safety practices, and
