📋 Description

• Work across Robinhood Financial (Introducing Broker) and Robinhood Securities (Clearing Broker) to
• Partner with subject matter experts to analyze operational data, identify efficiency opportunities
• Support small-scale technical projects such as reconciling datasets, improving data quality, or
• Deliver a capstone project applying analytical and problem-solving skills to a real operational

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking Bachelor's or Master's program in Business
• Analytical mindset with experience performing analytics using SQL or Python
• Curiosity about how brokerage operations, risk management, and market infrastructure work together
• Clear communication skills and comfort engaging with cross-functional teams
