• Get hands-on with a specific business area within Money and Growth, working directly with product
• Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and
• Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user
• Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute key strategic initiatives and
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, and presentations to inform decision-making and influence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or coursework in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services
• Strong proficiency in SQL and quantitative modeling techniques
• Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for
• Fluency with AI tools, with a genuine interest in staying current as the tools evolve
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science
