📋 Description

• Establishes and leads capability development in Product & Technology, partnering with
• Partners with leaders to architect frameworks that enable specialists to evolve their skills ahead
• Builds a high-performance capability culture aligned with company strategy, focusing on measurable
• Collaborates with senior leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, and People Experience to
• Builds the Capability Framework for Product & Technology, mapping technical and behavioural
• Designs upskilling programmes around AI/ML and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience building or managing capability programmes, frameworks, or skill development
• Understanding of the technical landscape: software development lifecycle, engineering trajectories
• Ability to influence without authority; build trust quickly with technical stakeholders; navigate
• Data and outcomes oriented: measures what matters (velocity, retention, mobility
• Collaborative across functions with senior technical leaders, People Experience, and Group OD.
• Genuine curiosity about how emerging technologies shape capability needs; agile mindset to iterate
