📋 Description

• Process a high volume of check deposits efficiently, and in line with internal policies and
• Monitor and manage daily transaction queues to meet strict deadlines and service-level
• Serve as a primary contact for advisors, their staff, and clients across phone, email, and internal
• Partner with our clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology, Advisor
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of cashiering procedures, workflows, and regulatory considerations, along with a
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with strong analytical, decision-making, and
• Clear, professional communication skills, including excellent data entry, written, and verbal
• 1-2 years experience in financial operations—preferably in banking—and confidence handling
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking
