Certified Home Health Aide, Hospice, Full time

📋 Description

• Deliver hospice home health visits to clients in Bergen and Hudson counties
• Participate as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Support range of motion and exercises

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Active and in good standing on the New Jersey Aide Registry
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Complete a criminal background check
• Meet all state requirements
