CFO / Finance Lead, FCM

📋 Description

• Calculate and monitor adjusted net capital, risk-based capital requirements, regulatory haircuts
• Own daily segregation and residual-interest computations, funds-on-deposit tracking, and
• Prepare and file monthly Form 1-FR-FCM reports via WinJammer, coordinate annual FCM audits, and
• Manage the FCM's standalone monthly close, financial statements, accounting judgments, intercompany
• Report regularly to the FCM CEO and Audit Committee on financial condition, capital adequacy
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and the broader Polymarket finance team on

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or regulatory reporting experience, with meaningful
• Direct experience preparing or reviewing daily segregation computations, residual-interest
• Working knowledge of CFTC financial requirements under Parts 1, 22, and 30, NFA financial
• Experience managing or supporting NFA and DSRO examinations and annual FCM audits, including
• Ability to own a full monthly close and produce standalone financial statements for a regulated
• Clear, direct communication with senior leadership and governing bodies on capital, liquidity, and
