3-6 years in a fast-moving operating role
Has built and shipped, not coordinated.
Has walked laterally into an organization that had no automatic reason to respect them and earned
Cross-functional fluency, with genuine curiosity about sales, editorial, events, finance, and
Exceptional written communication.
Financially literate without being the finance function.
