Activate partnerships with RL-as-a-service companies and partners to turn relationships into joint
Build 0→1 initiatives across product marketing, events marketing, and customer marketing
Identify organizational gaps and lead recruiting for high-priority roles across the Engagement
Own the highest-leverage problems facing the organization, from strategy through execution

🎯 Requirements

3-4 years of experience in a Chief of Staff/Exec Ops role supporting a rapidly scaling business
Exceptional strategic thinking and execution
Strong communication and collaboration skills
