📋 Description

• Coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality habilitation services for clients and families.
• Develop and manage a caseload while maintaining strong client, family, employee, and
• Partner with clients and families to understand needs, respond to concerns, and promote a positive
• Coordinate schedules and staffing to support consistent, reliable service delivery.
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of field employees.
• Provide administrative supervision, guidance, and support to field employees.
