Client Services Manager, IDD Services

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality client care and support services
• Coordinate client services and manage emergent staffing and scheduling needs
• Manage and grow an assigned caseload through proactive relationship-building and service excellence
• Develop strong partnerships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community
• Foster collaborative and communicative relationships with field and office staff
• Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics to support office success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working with the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population strongly
• Prior healthcare, medical office, home care, or human services experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success in achieving goals and taking on increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong desire for career growth and advancement
