Clinical Manager, Assistive Care, Part Time

📋 Description

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance for assistive care services.
• Support the coordination, delivery, and ongoing evaluation of safe, high-quality client care.
• Complete and oversee client assessments, care planning, service updates, and clinical documentation
• Monitor client needs and collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, providers, and office
• Provide coaching, education, and ongoing support to caregivers and field staff.
• Assist with orientation, competency validation, performance feedback, and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
• Clinical leadership, home care, community-based care, long-term care, or related experience
• Strong assessment, care planning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and support caregivers and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Sound clinical judgment, strong organization, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care and service excellence.
