Commercial Analyst (Sales)

📋 Description

• Design, build and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting suites that give leadership
• Prepare regular performance packs and ad hoc analysis for weekly/monthly sales and leadership
• Support monthly and quarterly sales forecasting and target setting, working closely with sales
• Support the design, tracking and reconciliation of sales incentive and commission schemes, ensuring
• Identify process or data inefficiencies and recommend improvements to commercial operations
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and reporting systems, and champion best-practice data hygiene

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years' experience in a sales analyst, commercial analyst, sales operations or business analyst
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI/visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI
• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) to extract, validate and analyse sales data.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear, practical
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
