• Drive Enterprise Deals: Serve as the lead legal advisor for complex, high-value enterprise sales

🎯 Requirements

• Legal Foundation: JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state
• Commercial Experience: 5-7 years of relevant legal experience supporting enterprise software sales
• Technology Focus: Strong background in SaaS agreements, software licensing, and technology
• Deal Velocity: Proven track record of successfully closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in
• Business Acumen: Exceptional business judgment and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented
• Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with experience
