Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Have broad responsibility for negotiating SaaS AI agreements and providing practical day-to-day
• Collaborate with Product Legal team on product and operational items that impact customer
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements regarding privacy, security, and AI regulatory matters
• Identify and independently pursue process improvements for buy-side supporting motions
• Develop and revise contract templates and playbooks as necessary, based on changes in our product

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted to the California State Bar, New York State Bar, or Registered In-House Counsel in good
• 10+ years of combined experience practicing as a commercial attorney within a law firm or software
• 2+ years in-house experience at a SaaS and/or AI technology company
• Privacy and artificial intelligence subject matter expertise, including privacy regulations (GDPR
• Experience driving commercial transactions, SaaS, and enterprise B2B transactions
• Strong negotiation skills, including ability to explain nuanced legal concepts to internal and
