Commercial Counsel, Sales

📋 Description

• Structure, review and negotiate contracts for the disposition of Axon's goods, services and SaaS
• Provide and recommend options for business partners with respect to contract negotiations and
• Supervise and review the Contracts Managers' work.
• Set and enforce risk levels acceptable to Axon through approvals and ownership of the knowledge
• Draft, update and maintain template contract language, risk analyses, and policies and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of the contract lifecycle management system.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience (in-house preferred) negotiating and managing complex commercial
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts, including those
• Experience negotiating SaaS, IaaS and/or PaaS contracts.
• Ability to act with urgency on all requests.
• Pass-first attitude with a desire to learn new topics and take on new challenges.
• Experience negotiating international agreements.
