Commissions Manager

📋 Description

• Owning commission calculations, reconciliations, approval workflows, payroll submissions and
• Turning approved compensation plans into clear rules, documentation and accurate system
• Leading the implementation of a commissions administration platform, from requirements and vendor
• Maintaining plan assignments and participant data, and partnering with systems teams to keep data
• Answering commission questions, investigating discrepancies and coordinating fair, well-documented
• Partnering with Finance, Payroll, People Operations and GTM leaders on approvals, employee changes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in incentive compensation, Sales/Revenue Operations or
• Hands-on experience leading, or serving as the functional lead for, a commissions platform
• A strong understanding of commission plan mechanics, crediting rules, reconciliations, approval
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence investigating issues in CRM and operational
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with employees, leaders and
• Strong judgment, attention to detail and respect for confidential compensation information.
