Compensation Specialist

📋 Description

• Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to
• Support the design, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs, including
• Assist with annual executive compensation planning processes and the preparation and validation of
• Support compensation planning for entry into new countries and markets, including market-pricing
• Support compensation due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions, including employee
• Partner closely with People Business Partners to provide relevant compensation analyses

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of compensation or related experience
• Attention to detail and analytically driven
• Experience leading efforts around market pricing, annual compensation cycles, compensation
• Experience in executive compensation and compensation committee preparation a strong plus
• A collaborative, self-starter mindset with the ability to flex and think critically
• Some understanding of RSUs and other equity offerings
